A San Francisco jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Nima Momeni, the man accused of fatally stabbing Cash App founder Bob Lee in 2023. The jury found Momeni guilty of second degree murder, which carries a 15 years to life sentence and includes an enhancement for using a knife in the crime. Momeni was found not guilty of the more serious charge of pre-meditated first degree murder. Lee's brother expressed relief at the verdict, stating that the verdict of murder two will put Momeni away for a long time.
