Meet Dawn Staley, the highest-paid women's college basketball coach! She just signed a contract extension with the University of South Carolina that will keep her with the team through the 2029-30 season. With an annual base salary of $4 million, a $500,000 signing bonus, and an annual $250,000 escalator, Staley's total pay is approximately $25.25 million. She surpassed coaches Kim Mulkey and Geno Auriemma, who made $3.2 million and $3.1 million annually, respectively. Since becoming the head coach in 2008, Staley has transformed the team, leading them to three conference titles and two national titles.
